Yes! We have a beautiful storefront in downtown Hart where you can shop for flowers, gifts, and participate in our in-shop experiences.

Our hours are Monday through Friday: 8:30 AM - 6:00 PM & Saturday: 9:30 AM - 3:00 PM

Do you offer free shipping?
We design flowers for all occasions, including weddings, funerals, birthdays, anniversaries, corporate events, and everyday celebrations.
Do you offer custom floral arrangements?
Yes! We love creating one-of-a-kind floral designs tailored to your needs.
Can I request specific flowers in my arrangement?
Yes! While availability depends on the season, we work with a West Michigan-based floral supplier to source the highest quality blooms.
Do you use locally grown flowers?
Absolutely! We work with five local West Michigan growers when seasonal flowers are available.
Do you offer dried or preserved flowers?
Yes! We offer locally grown dried flowers and collaborate with Cash & Courtland to create framed and resin-encased preserved floral keepsakes.
Delivery & Services
Do you offer delivery?
Yes! We provide local delivery within 40 miles for online orders and can deliver even further for phone-in orders.
Do you offer same-day delivery?
Yes! We offer same-day delivery with a cut-off time of 3 PM.
Do you offer nationwide delivery?
Yes! We partner with a trusted wire service network of independent florists to provide nationwide flower delivery.

Yes! We prioritize sustainability by recycling, limiting plastic use, reclaiming vases for customer rewards, and offering refillable products like hand soap and body wash.

What in-shop experiences do you offer?
We offer several hands-on creative experiences, including:

Pot & Adopt – Choose a plant and a pot, then learn how to care for it.

Do I need to book in advance for these experiences?
Walk-ins are welcome, but reservations are recommended for larger groups or special events. The Terrarium Bar, Pour Your Own Candle Bar, and Pot & Adopt are drop in for small parties.

Yes! We have floral subscription services available for regular fresh flower deliveries.

Customer Service & Policies
What if I’m not satisfied with my order?
Customer satisfaction is our priority! While dissatisfaction is rare, if you’re unhappy with your order, we’re happy to provide a replacement with a return.
What is your refund policy?
If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 14 for a full refund. Please ensure the item is unused and in its original packaging. Floral Arrangements have a 24 hour notification window.
